Default My box of mostly water

Some people have been asking to see pics of my reef tank, so here goes!

Specs. (aka, the boring stuff):

- 90 Gallons All-Glass-Aquarium with overflow drain mounted to outside of tank in conjunction with Glass-Holes.com overflow box inside the tank.
- Currents USA 48" Outer Orbit, 2x250 watt 10K HQI, 4x54 watt Geissman T5 Actinic+ (resting on custom made open canopy)
- Eshopps psk-150 protein skimmer
- 20 gallon 3 chamber custom sump with refugium
- QuiteOne 3000 return
- Two Little Fishies Phosban 150 w/ RowaPhos
- 2x Hydor Koralia 2s, 1x Koralia 1.
- Auto-Topoff float switch for water top off
- RO/DI unit in the basement with 50 gallon drum for storage
- 33 gallon rubbermaid garbage bin for premixed Instant Ocean saltwater

If you haven't already noticed the tank acts as a room divider between our dining room and living room.

One of my favourite pieces, my Rainbow Montipora up close and personal.



and the "Superman" Montipora..

Wow thats nice!! What is the purple mound on the substrate in the last pic on the right?

Thanks! Sorry.. I'm not sure what "purple mound" you are refering to. Are you talking about the blurry purple thing in the background of the Superman Monitpora picture?

Thanks :-) ya.. still trying to figure out where those frags are going to go. Good thing the shipment got delayed until Friday!

Scarlet, my favouritest fish. I have yet to see her nip at any polyps or clams. In fact, I think she may be helping me with with my nudi issues.
