If you can/don't mind loosing some rock take the rock bound zoas to your LFS. Other possibilities are fish. I believe there is a type of angel that will chow on zoas

In another thread someone was talking about using sundial snails to eat them. I often just remove rocks that have soft coral growing on them that I do not like and set them in the dark in my sump to die off slowly. But that can take several months to work. cdp's idea to trade the rocks in at your LFS for some new rock is probably the best idea if they will take them. Drying out the rocks or using a small butane torch often works as well but thats a little destructive.

Ugly is a little harsh. I wouldn't go through the trouble of nuking the rock to get rid of them, then all you end up with is a bunch of base rock. Coral eating fish are one answer, and I'm sure most Butterfly fish will do the job but any other corals are fair game also. I'm sure there must be someone close by who would gladly trade you some bare live rock for your rock covered in Zoas, I know I would.

I didn't realise you were in Mississauga. If you want I can trade you some live rock for your zoa rock. PM me if you're interested.
