Default Enough flow?

I just got a pair of clowns (false perc.) and they're doing great! The were my first introduction after the clean up crew. The only thing is that im wondering about flow, too much, too little or just right? I have a 10g nano, with a aquaclear 70 that I changed into a refugium, ( it has a lot of current ) and a koralia powerhead( 275gph )

Thanks for your input

For fish the flow is fine. Flow mainly becomes an issue when it comes to corals.
