any one have some left over egg crate i need a piece about 13" x 13"

homedepot sell like a 5 pack so that way to much for the tiny piece i need

Okay question , I use egg crate at work for hvac , the stuff you guys use is it plastic or a soft metal ?

yup plastic, you can get it in metal and i know were you talking about to we have metal at work also

but plastic is safe for the tank

Went to Home Depot they really only had some flimsey piece of it so still need a piece

Odd my Home Depot has lots it's 11 dollars and thickness is fine I have built 30" by 18" racks with it no issues.

I found it at the back of the store with the light fixture cover panels. I think it was called a light diffuser. Came in a big sheet like Ryan said.
