Default Nassarius snail bred asexually????

I understand that marine snails do not breed asexually however I know for a fact that I only put one nassarius snail in my tank 5 months ago. I now have lots of baby nassarius snails. Is it possible?

I guess it might have been a hitch hiker but if there were another nassarius in there I am sure I would have seen it before.

Anyone know if they could breed asexually?

As far as I know snails can store sperm that months or years after they last mated can use in order to produce offspring.
