Default Calgary - Tank Breakdown

What I have to sell includes: (POTENTIALLY SOLD)
-An unknown quantity of live rock @ $4:00/lb. There is no coraline algae, but no pests either. Lots of pods. I would guess 50lbs but if you can bring a scale that would help. The live rock also comes with approximately 8 hermit crabs. As long as they are not flushed down the toilet I am happy. Whoever buys the rock can have the sand as well which is two bags of Caribsea Aragamax Sand. The rock came from lots of local stores as I was trying to get diversity in my live rock.

-A vertex In-100 protein Skimmer from J&L @ $125. See here: (STILL AVAILABLE)
http://www.jlaquatics.com/product/vt...0+Gallons.html
I have to be honest that I have had trouble with this skimmer as it came with a bad impeller which had to be replaced after only a month. J and L replaced it without any problem as it was a common manufacturing defect. I have been promised by Steve at J and L that the current impeller is a new design that will not have the same problem as the old ones and it has been running for about 3 months without any problems.

-The 72 gallon bow front glass tank - $150. (POTENTIALLY SOLD)
It has been drilled with 1.5" overflow and 1" return. The return pump is simply a maxijet 1200 power head within a 25 gallon sump. Again I have to be honest in letting you know that the tank once had a leak due to a warped stand. I have fixed the stand and the tank has been leak free for 3 years. Having said that a 72 gallon BF is probably one of the nicest living room tanks you can get. Looks fancy and does not take over.
The tank comes with crappy warped plexiglass lid, a 48 inch power compact light strip and all the plumbing intact.

Freebies to whoever buys stuff include half bottles of calcium and alkalinity additives, half bottle of prime water treatment and numerous test kits. Oh and a crappy hydrometer that is totally inaccurate and a little bit of red sea salt. I personally think it was the salt that was holding my tank back so I don't know if I would recommend using it.

Pictures should follow, but if not you can look them up using my profile name as they are the only photos that I have posted.

Thanks for your time,

Jon
