Question BTA pump damage

Anybody had experience with a BTA getting sucked into a tunze nano? Will it regenerate? It is looking pretty bad after my trip to NYC. When do you pull the plug? Thanks

No guarantees, but you'd be surprised from how much damage they can recover, given enough time.
