Theres no need to use bleach on mold. Just warm soapy water will remove it. Apparently there is evidence that using bleach on mold is bad. Causes it to release spores or something. At least that's if you listen to Mike Holmes haha.

Clean it off let it dry then paint with mold resistant paint.
