Default Mp10 issue

So i just got two mp10es for my 55 gallon. However one of the rubber spacers is missing and j&l doesnt sell them. I cant use my second one until i find a spacer. So was wondering if anybody has a spare forsale or know ne other tricks to get the spacing right? My glass is 3/16. Thanks

is it just the flat rubber spacer that you're missing?

Ya thats it lol. But it says in the manual that if ur glass is less than a 1/4" you have to use the rubber spacer

You can contact the manufacturer. Ecotech has great customer service.

+1 I recently dealt with ecotech and the cust service was top notch. Wouldnt surprise me if they sent you one.

On another note standard 55 gallons are made from 1/4" glass so you shouldn't need the spacers

Thank you to all who offered to help in one way or another. However i couldnt wait any longer to try out the mp10 so i found a piece of rubber and shaved it down to rhe exact same size as the other one. Problem solved thanks again
