Sounds like they are losing it. Change of personnel. They have been solid in the past, and all of a sudden they can't get anything right. I hope they don't try to ship the same specimens to us. I want fresh ones. Those poor things are going to be mega stressed.

Jeff has also been really good to deal with. It's really unfortunate that the livestock we ordered and the guy in Calgary ordered have to suffer due to the mixup. Kinda disappointing when you organize a group order like you did and it goes sideways. Thanks for doing it by the way. Keep me informed please as I might have to work out of town on a work shortage when our order finally arrives
