I think if the middle one had 2 bulbs it would be the best hands down I think to compare thease you just have to take the middle sections so we can stop looking at the beautifil caps on the left and concentrate on the color !!!

here look at this and tell me which you think is better.. this evens the field a bit

I like the middle one because it has better contrast. The yellow cap is sharp and bright. The branchy corals are also sharper because of the better contrast.

The contrast allows you to separate and see various individual corals much easier.

Hey, how can I get a piece of that yellow monti cap? Want to trade? Can do some swapping during J&L Boxing Day sale.

Amazing tank by the way. Very impressive.

Sam, I feel the same in regards to contrast.. Since the VHO is a 3' tube, it fills in a lot of the shadows with pinky/white coloured light.. Although, it makes the overall colour nicer for me, I hate losing the shadows. It's amazing how much the 175w 10k outpowers the radium visually.

I won't be over at the sale, but I can bring a small frag to the meeting at wendell's.. Or, you can buy a frag from wendell of a very similar colony he has..

Yeah, I noticed the last pic is too washed out in white. Makes sense that its caused by the VHO tube. I'll PM you about trades.

Well before reading anyone's opinion and reading the writing on the bottom of the pics I have to say I like the bottom one the best.
Looks great.
Now let's read
