Default Help ID worms

Can anyone help me ID this worm? Is it good or bad for a reef?

Only had a few moments to capture this coming out of my live rock after feeding time. Sorry for the bad quality phone pic.

Also, the other day I saw some other worm come straight out of my torch. This one didn't appear to have any bristles...was earthworm like in colour, but long and flatter... any guesses? Haven't seen it since so maybe the torch ate it?!

Thanks in advance!
