Looks like algae to me. More flow and less nutrients needed.

It should be getting indirect flow. Its possible that the flow is taking the tissue right off the tips if its right in front of a powerhead. Maybe move it a bit lower and out of the path of direct flow. It doesn't need a ton of flow, just moderate.

It is only this colony. And yes it is new to my tank maybe three weeks when I bought it.

So I took this coral out of my tank and dipped it....and a little crab came out of it one claw bigger than the other. would that maybe be why this coral is doing what it is doing. cause this little bastard crab was chewing on it What do you guys think or would it not hurt my coral?
