Default Tube Anenome

Does anyone have any experience with these? I have the chance to buy one for a great deal. It is neon pink/orange. Please share any advice!

Be very careful if you have gobies, mandarins, blennies or clowns.

Tube anenomes have a deadly sting and are non-symbiotic with clowns.

Any fish that might land on them is at risk.

I lost one of my clowns to a tube anemone. The clown tried to host it (I assume) and got stung. The anemone got pulled out of it's tube in the struggle and it has disappeared into the back of my tank. The clown died very quickly.

I thought they were beautiful too.

I had one. Very nice but moved constantly until it was caught in power head. I won't get another just for that reason. Though they are very nice

I have one that's been in my tank for about 5 yrs now. Never caused any problems and I've had clowns, mandarins, neon gobies and a lawnmower blennie with it......it can't even seem to kill the fuzzy mushrooms that are growing near it

It's tube is buried in the sandbed and it gets spot fed mysis shrimp every couple of days
