Default Led lighting advice

So I have a 36x20x20 reef tank and everything has been going great all parameters are in check.
Doing weekly 15% water changes as well.

Just kinda need some advice on leds
I was running a Maxspect 160w 16000k light at 90% blue and 30 to 50% whites. Mounted on stock legs 6 to 8inches from water surface.
I just recently changed to a radion gen 3 pro. I currently have it hanging 12inches above the water.
Been running the acclimation program that bumps it up over time. I started at 30% power now up to 40% max.
My LPS are doing great but my sps don't extend polyps since the change.

Wondering if I started the lights to low since everything is use to almost full power of my old 160w maxspect.

Any advice?

With leds you get hotspots and shadowing of corals.
i've used leds since the begining of 2013 and am not impressed
Some corals only extend polyps where they are shadowed and not at all in the hot spot,
I'd dump the leds and get t5 / t5 halide combo much better for corals

Give it time. The new spectrum of light requires time for corals to adjust.
