I use a jager 100w in my bc29 and its more than enough... keeps the tank temp steady.
IMO, go with a bigger one as it can heat the water up quicker, therefore temp swings will be minimized (on the lower end of things anyways). [Caveat: too big and it won't fit in chamber one) Check nano-reefs.com in the AIO forum... they have threads devoted to this kind of stuff.
