Default Urchin ID Help Please

Can anyone help id this guy please? Found him in my tank today...

I know it's some kind of urchin. Haven't a clue how he ended up in there.

And of course, is it reef safe??

Thanks.

Was definitely a bit of wtf moment lol.

I'm absolutely amazed it's in there. Started with dry rock and have only gotten small frags. Must have been a tiny hitchhiker on one of em.

Yup, Tyler is correct. I've had a couple of those over the years. Never seemed to harm anything. Hard to remove from its burrow though. Jams itself into the hole with thick spikes sticking out to make manual removal near impossible until it decides to move and let go.
