Default Christys 90gal Reef - 2010 edition

Chronology:

Aug 2006

Jan 2007

April 2007 (moved)

Jan 2008

Jan 2009

Jan 2010

changes since last year:

At some point my scopas and regal tang developed a taste for clam mantle, my clams reside at the LFS for now. I added a raccoon butterfly for a majano/aiptasia problem and while he did a nice job of cleaning those up, he's developed a taste for pretty much everything else. He will be going back to the LFS soon. Too bad as he's a neat fish.

July 2009 - moved, lost most corals and 4 fish.

December 2009 - halide bulb outer shield broke (mogul) fried a lot of corals on the right hand side and 3 fish). Happy to report my 10+ year colony of P. damicornis survived (it was touch and go) as well some tissue survived on the underside of my Cyphastrea decadia so I just flipped it over and its recovering nicely.

Hopefully 2010 will be a better year for reef tanks in Christyland

Pretty sure with all the years going by, I would have thought that thing would have grown into a 180 or something .....

*sigh* I know, everything sort of came to a grinding halt as my light rack builder is currently working 6 days a week and until he slows down, no light rack.

one day kids...one day

Thanks for putting up the photos...sometimes seeing the great growth in other tanks is what I need in order to continue working towards growing out my own tanks.

Hey Christy, I would be interested in buying him from you, I need a fish that eats aiptasia for my rock tank.

I can figure out some way of getting him when you're ready to give him up
