I moved the hammer down 12" so we'll see today how it does. Rest of my corals are fine. Just the hammer that is unhappy.

If it is just the hammer that is unhappy then it might be something else.

I have a hammer in my DT under Sol Blue's that is very happy.

I have the same light (eshine 60w/3w cree's) on my frag tank and the hammer frags were happy and grew huge in there as well.

Perhaps the hammer just needs more time to adjust, or maybe the change in flow (old tank to new tank) is ticking it off.

My hammer has been the longest battle in recovery so far in my tank. Fully bleached SPS has come back faster than my hammer. I noticed low flow and low light have been helping, but still nowhere near the giant ball it used to be. I'll be watching to see what you do that works, hopefully mine can follow.
