Default White worm

I was looking in my tank, and spotted a new creature. It looked like a small white worm that would swim by spinning itself (kinda like a drill). It seemed like I could only see these when they hit the moonlight spectrum. They are about 4-6 mm in legnth.

Anyone know what these would be? Will they harm my fish? Or are they good to have?

Unfortunatley the Digital cameras these days are terrible in Dark conditions (bad shutter speed)...like I said, you can only see in them in the moonglow. I think the light makes them glow kinda like a black light

weird thing is, I've seen them in my tank too, and have never gotten an ID as they are so hard to take a picture of....I have tried...they only come out at night in my tank too....
