If i move my old tank water, my old live rock, and some of my old live sand.
Will my new tank cycle, since im shutting down my old tank i want to move my lights to the new tank and move my coral.
can this be done without killing my lps and leathers and zoas?\

You will get some sort of cycle happening over the move. I moved all my stuff from my 33 gallon to my 125 gallon a few years back, and nothing died, but things weren't too happy for a while. I would set up the larger set up and slowly transfer some rock/sand to the new setup over time to be safe.

I have done this quite a few times during tank upgrades and have had no losses.

I will most likely get a small cycle, as you will be stirring up diutris and other pollutants, but IMO it won't be like a cycle on a fresh/new tank.

I have seen/heard others do this without issue.

But...I would replace the sand with clean washed sand. There'll be a small "New Tank Cycle/Syndrone" but it should steady itself without causing any losses or too much stress to the inhabitants. This has been my experience.
