Default My 29 Gallon Bowfront Reef

It’s long overdue since I’ve been lurking on this forum without registering for quite some time now. I owe everyone on here a big thanks, as you guys got me through all of my problems and queries throughout my build. I also must give a big thanks to my friend on here, FishyFishy! (mike). Most of my equipment and corals are from him and he’s been an amazing help along the way. Mind you… he is the one that got me into this darn expensive and addicting hobby… so thanks for emptying my wallet!

This tank was started around November 2010.

Current USA 250W Halide light with 14K phoenix bulb

Yup!!! They drop a new baby like once a day. Around the entire bottom of the tank, in the galss and in the sand...Kenya Trees! The original is the one at the very top of the tank. I cut them out and throw them away for the most part. Decent sized ones I will always offer for free in the livestock section.

Well it's only been like a year and a half since the tank was set up! About time you got on here...

And I'm sorry for introducing you to this hobby......You'll be "Fish-Broke" soon enough lol. But you think it's bad now, just wait until your upgrade!
(I've been pushing her into getting a bigger tank for a while now... the little space that tank is in now, is perfect for a 4 foot 90/120 gallon!!)

Here are my Flower Pots that I bought a while back. They did very well for about a month and then completely died out. The rock they are mounted on just looked like a regular piece of rock. Then all of a sudden about 2 months ago they started growing back! And they seem to be doing just fine now.
