I've been using New Life Spectrum 1mm pellets for a couple of years, fed with an auto-feeder every day. Don't know if it's the best, but it sinks, all the fish eat it (except the copper band, I'm hoping he'll eventually figure it out) and it feeds my brain corals which have learned to open themselves up about an hour before the food drops.

50/50 mix of New Era Marine & Algea pellets, fish go bonkers for it & small fish can easily nibble of pieces because it's soft pellets.
