Ok i got the explanation from YouTube, Marine Depot; they start only when needed. The wing shape design is suppose to dissipate most of the heat except when its on 100% then it uses the 2 fans when ever its too hot. I knew i couldn't be that unlucky, but man. I had 2 set back today........
