I hate that, I even used to have contractors sign contracts when I was in business.. Still got the run around for up to 60 days sometimes, and a few times never got paid, since I was the little man, I couldnt afford the lawyers they could so often times lost out.

You don't need a lawyer. Just sell it to a collection agency, they take a good chunk but you get some money.

did that once, only got about 30% in the end... I miss Taping so much lol, just not worth the hassle IMO

You don't need an electrician to do that. You can do both of those yourself.

nope I am not the home owner.. my parents are and they are in bc. they can't pull the permit unless they are here...
