where can i find PC-MARINE EPOXY PUTTY in cowtown?
Canadian Tire, Home Depot don't carry these. Where can i find them?

Canadian Tire should have JB-WaterWeld in the auto section (at least they do here in Ontario) - its an epoxy putty and has been used by reefer's in Canada and the US with no issues and I have personally used it in the past with no problems (great for rock aquascaping)

I've never used this stuff before -does it make the water cloudy ?
