Default Kessil A350W Problem owners chime in please

I bought a used A350W last night after seeing it working and began my instal. I noticed a spark when I pugged it it so I opened the top of the unit where the main power comes in to have a look. It seems like it has been tampered with (power wires just loosely bent around the prongs supplying main board) and I would like to fix it. If someone could be so kind as to open their unit (its only two screws to get in) and take a few pictures I would much appreciate it.

Awesome thank you so much I really appreciate it. Just needed to see if there is supposed to be an inline fuse but it just looks like the wires run straight to the board.
