Default tank is started (looking for info)

Hi I have my 72gal bow frt and 30 gal sump up and circulating I have only 1 bag so far of sand in tank ,So I ask ?? What is a good saltwater test kit to get. I thought the kit I had for my fresh also did salt ?? but it did not. I still plan to base rock(transesine type and LR then get a cleaning crew ? What should I get (snails, cleaner shrimp etc ) what type of critters and where and what are my next steps here to do ????
looking for info.

If it is just testing for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate... then the hagen saltwater ones are fine, and economical.

before you get your cleaning crew, get your base/live rock first to make sure your tank goes through it's cycle.

I have some live sand available if you are interested. I have live rock available if you are interested.

make sure you have lots of flow in your tank.. I wouldn't put your lights on for a while. If you have actinics, then you can put those on. It will just minimize the algae bloom.
