I just made the mistake of adding up the retail prices of all my equipment.....ouch!! Everything for my build was bought new, except my return pump. Should not have done that

I'll know in a few months, I estimate it maybe adds $50, but my set up was pretty simple compared to others. We've had a tank going since we moved into this house -8 years.

Are you using everything? I only added up the equipment that was running, not everything else I have too. My costs are no where near yours though.
