I really like the way you have it aquascaped. It's really pretty, nicely open for your fish and very natural looking.

When the wife and I were visiting some other reefer's in Cowtown she seen how they had the rock layered jetting out for here and there and now she want me to try to hide the closed loop intake. And I think I need to make more cave's and shelf's for the coral and some fish.

I really like the 8' and the fact that I can reach the bottom of the back side is definitely a plus for a vertically challenged individual like myself.

Great job, looks good. The shallow depth meakes the tank look even longer, not to mention it has to be easier to work on, I need snorkel gear to do any landscaping in my tank.
