Default what are you feeding your corals?

Hey guys I'm just seeing how many people didn't do their homework (like me)
and hadn't been feeding their corals either hard or softies. If you are feeding
them, what are you using? I am using reef roids, by polyp labs (just started
today lol) If anyone else uses this, what kind of results are you getting and
in what time frame?

These days I'm feeding Acan Plus, Pacifica plankton, Mysis and NL spectrum pellets. Fish, corals, worms , crabs, everyone seems happy.

Depends on the coral:

zoanthids: chromaplex, reefroid, coral frenzy, fauna marin
Palythoas: frozen cyclopeeze (they eat), chromaplex etc...
SPS: Zeovit amino acid, sponge power, reefroid, coral frenzy
LPS: frozen cyclopeeze, mysis and all the rest
non-photosynthetic like sun coral or dendro: cyclop, mysis, brine, eggs, pretty much any food in small chunk.

Wow... talk about a grocery bill

Have you noticed that your Zoas have benifited from the feedings?

I make a mix of Reefroids, cyclopeeze & frzn. rotifers. I add to it Selcon & some Amino acids. I used to squirt mysis into the duncans but the cleaner shrimp would dig them out.

My wife & I love featherdusters so a small squirt of this mix several times weekly keeps them happy & alive. I notice that my lps go into feeding mode with lots of tentacles within a minute of the mix going in.

I also feed my tanks frzn food (usually once or twice daily) and mixed pellets (once or twice daily).
