I was the guy who said no to his 280 offer.. I had another offer of 330 on the table, so I took it. Nothing personal.

I don't think many people would accept $280 for something that's worth $50-80 more then that.

How do you figure a used SOL can be worth 330 to 350 dollars when anyone can go to red coral on a sale day and buy it for 340 brand new?

Just sold my sol for $350 with mount and controller. I think that's what your missing here. most sols are being sold with the controller which adds to the value, that coupled with the fact that the buyer will have at least 3-4 years out of the light depending on the age and care of the unit, its a small investment in the big picture.

Even so your talkin about sale day. Sales are not all day every day. The used sol price is.

Because reg price at JL is $420 plus tax then add tax (BC 12%) puts it at $470 so it's a fair amount of savings....

LEDs have a very good resale value; that's why!

I was more or less getting at the fact if you had something posted for sale and were asking $350 for it (regardless of what it is or others may think its worth) you maybe be willing to take a little bit less for it but not a lot less for it.
