from what it looks like to me.
.The snail is a tropical abalone (A ferocious algae eater)
.the decayed head of the torch is not possible to bring back.I would give your entire coral an iodine bath.
.Chalice color changing possibly of light changes or placement in the tank, its fine and healthy looking. As long as it doesn't start to recede or skin flaking off.
.purple plant I am not of the name.the yellow looks like diatom.
.purple green and red looks like calcareous plants.
I am sure more people will chime in

Iodine bath is use for any new coral added to your tank or an unhealthy coral.dip in a mild iodine based solution as a bio-security measure to help insure that pathogens are removed from the coral, let coral sit for about 10minutes then remove rinse with new tank water and place in the tank as for the bath water has to be discarded.find the iodine dropper in a drug store.place approximately 20 drops in a 1 gallon of the tank water.
Hope that helps.
