Well, the tanks taken down and outside. Carpets are all cleaned up and livestock is with a friend. Not to bad afterall. :eyeroll:

... just not sure if I'll setup a tank again.

Just finished putting everything in my sump, everything looks quite good considering.

I guess we'll see what survives over the next few days and you can figure out what you want to do, I think most of it will be fine.

Sorry about your luck, any idea as to why the tank would just break like that? I'm glad someone has rescued the corals.

Glad to hear everything looks okay so far. I don't want my stuff messing up your system.

Tank was bought brand new and I went sumpless to avoid any leaks or floods. The only thing that could of failed was the tank and it did just that. I can't belive it. Stand was strong and level.

Now see, thats the problem right there, if you drilled at least eight holes in it and ran a sump, a fuge, a couple closed loops and grow out tank you would have been fine! Seriously though I feel your pain, I had a 60 blow apart at two in the morning once, not fun. Just a little bump in the road, take some time to think things out, now's a good time for an upgrade hope it all works out for you.

I just checked on things and everything looks ok, all 5 fish are fine and the corals and rock look ok.

I'm going to make up some water and do a water change.
