![]() Well, do it! I am always amazed at how many people say they want to do it, but then never do... It is really not that hard, or expensive. More of a lack of awareness, and a few very misguided fears about safety. It does take time, though, to go through the proper training and gain the experience. But as with anything worthwhile doing in life, it can really add to your life experience and extend your capabilities to enjoy the outdoors, travel, or whatever related activities you enjoy.

Just remember though, both money and time are simply a matter of planning. You can do whatever you want, if you are capable (and flying really isn't that hard to learn) and you really want it. But don't wait too long...
