Default Frag/Equipment Swap Saturday June 23

When: Saturday June 23rd 2:00 PM

Where: BBlinks House - Lougheed Mall area of Coquitlam

Bring: Appropriately bagged frags (Ziplocks can leak), Hardware labelled with your name and asking price, Insulated coolers for your purchases/wares. If you are there only to buy -- bring cash.

Rich has graciously offered his house, so we will take him up on his offer. The poll indicates the Saturday is slightly favoured over Sunday and 2:00 allows people to bag their frags in the morning and allows us to go into the late afternoon if this does end up as a Pot-Luck/BBQ

Coquitlam is as easily accessible as any location as we have almost equal numbers of people coming from the East as the West. Everyone has made the trip to J&L before, so most people are familiar how to get to the general area.

To avoid the feeding frenzy that has happened at other frag swaps, post pictures in this thread of the colonies/actual frags or PM them to me. Other information supplied should be price, number of frags available and number of polyps for zoas, mouths/heads for LPS and size in inches for softies/SPS.

Pictures will allow people to see the actual colours of zoas that are closed up. Look for a similar picture online if you don't have a good camera.

You are free to set up sales/trades before the swap. All sales are between individuals and we are not taking a percentage although I am sure Rich will not turn down any donated frags for acting as the host.

We will try to have some sort of slide show at the swap to see what is currently available. Slides of larger items (such as tanks) mean you don't have to haul them out of you car.

Name tags will allow you to find the the seller. Frags can stay in coolers and won't have to be laid out tables where they will get cold and be manhandled. You can find the seller of the frags you are looking for by talking to people rather than pouncing on every person carrying something through the door.
