Abyzz pumps all the way Dave. Running for quite some time on peter's 1350g on rc and they've performed flawlessly.

I vouch for the 260 6 footer as i am running this baby at about 60-70%. Do not have the red led module on it though. Albert told me about that self cleaning skimmer cup too, man the silly things we like to mod our tanks with....I want one too!!!
i hope so!!! i will be one really expensive lesson if i have to change them out but your tank is what push me to this unit, i was just not sure until i saw your post!

i have been playing around with a self cleaning head at the store for about three weeks now and i already know two mod's i want to do to it

thanks dave

will two main reason

1)space is the number one reason, as i can fit two on the brench behind the tank.
2)my god do you know the cost of one those bad boys! lol
2A)really i just wanted two skimmers for back up reasons and i would be crazy to do two bk500ext didn't you think?

yes self cleaning heads lol less work equals more time too better enjoy the tank. by the way i think i was able to get a free one for you

thanks

Talk to mr Wilson on rc. He lives in Ontario and has a line on the pumps.

i just spoke with a company out east, and have ordered 4 of these pumps to try out
http://www.advancedaquarist.com/blog...by-h2o-systems

they only have the 1320 gph now but will have the 2640 ghp in about 3 weeks.

at 199 and 349 it can't hurt to try these units out

if they are any good, than i will have to rack my brain on how to get 22 of the large units into this tank

thanks dave

Where are you getting these pumps from. I'm really interested in getting one.
