Gardening (flowers & vegetables), fishing, reading. I plan to buy some cross country skis this year. When I lived in BC I loved downhill mountain biking like some of you, but the SK prairies are not conducive to it.

it's very cool to see so many outdoors people on the forums here, one's that hunt and shoot.

I know it can be a sensitive or divisive topic at times, but it's great to see that it's more prevalent than I realized. of course, it shouldn't have been a surprise, about 10% of Canada's population hold firearm licensing and certification!

for those of you that shoot for fun, what do you shoot?

I shoot targets and clay pigeons sometimes. I wouldn't call it a hobby for me though.

yes, I perforate paper on a semi-regular basis. I often shoot quite a bit in the summer because the weather is cooperative.

I'll be joining the Abbotsford range soon and their pistol ranges are actually heated, so that might make for a more productive winter as well.

I do enjoy a good game of skeet. haven't shot lately as I don't have a shotgun I like. :P
