Yes.
The Aquatics Solutions product is 6 drops per 10 gallons for a phosphate drop of 0.5 ppm
Foz Down is 1 drop per 10 gallons for a drop of .04 ppm

They're about the same concentration, but the Aquatics Solution drip bottle is difficult to use in larger amounts.
I've diluted the Foz Down in RO water and am dosing it via a doser 12 times/day.
