Yea the Queen is sexy! (When she's not eating my Open Brain) Going to have some amazing color as an adult!

See, I've noticed much more growth from the Sailfin than I have from the Orange Shoulder personally. Although I have noticed the juvenile colors of the orange shoulder are disappearing as he was fairly yellow when I got him and now he's starting to get his shades of grey. I try and use the Foxface as my growth marker as I feel he has slowed his growth quite a bit.

Well, here is the "secret" fish I bought. I've already kissed the Open Brain in the tank goodbye. Really it was the only coral that didn't cross my mind when I was pondering the decision in the LFS. Thankfully, its the only coral that she has looked at or picked at so far. *Knock on Glass*!

Big Milestone Today...

The tank is 1 year old today (or possibly tomorrow).. I didn't post when I added salt, but the whole system was circulating saltwater on the 13th, which likely means I added it the day before to get it mixed.

I'll add a few updated pics and video later today when I get home.

Really enjoying the latest additions of the Queen Angel and Blue Throat Trigger.. Although their personalities are completely opposite. The Queen will come right up to the glass when I am near or trying to inspect something whereas the trigger is VERY cautious when I am near the tank and still after a few weeks darts for his cave if I make any movement that is too fast for his liking. I'm hoping this will change and he becomes more personable. He is definitely out and about when there isn't anyone near the tank though.

Congrats on the 1 year! I wish my office had a tank like that! I would never get any work done though, would be cleaning and looking at the tank all day.

This tank is doing better than my tank at home (clearly) but due to the Queen Angel I have been severely limited on what I can put in the tank regarding corals, but slowly trying to add softies that she seems to avoid.
