![]() yes as it is a mecanical settings, which you adjust with a little screw.
Anything can fail but if the jbj fail, it will rather stop working instead of flooding the tank. It's pretty much fool proof. In case of power outage, it will simply resume working once the power is back because it is relying on the float switch. If the float switch gets stuck, it will work 3 minutes (adjustable) max.

![]() Wow, sorry to read about your disaster. I use a 5g salt bucket for my ATO & this is one of the reasons why. Ouch. Glad things are on the mend though.
