Hence the reason I don't buy livestock online (fish or coral). I buy from reputable LFS's, and then WISIWYG (what you see is what you get)
Just my 2 cents. I am lucky though, Snappy (Coral Master) is in Calgary, and I have been there a few times, so I have never needed to ship. Greg has good reviews, so I would say give him a try.
