Yes we should! Not quite sure how to go about doing it though... We have a Reef Meet next week so perhaps some organizing can take place there! I'll put up a post too

This was part of the issue in the past. No response from him. Last time I was in an order, it was two weeks late, without any communication.

I've emailed Burc a few times and had a response in minutes with each.

There was no problem with communication from my end, my issues were resolved and I got response within 5-10 minutes of sending each email.
