Thanks guys, seems to be cheaper than buying the extension cords needed to cross the province.

You need the longer 30 or 40hr ones though that all those places listed dont sell. Those are going to be 4 or 8hrs....I wouldnt risk it with those.

Ocean Aquatics sells heat pads. I bought some last time I was there. These heat pads are good for up to 30 hours.

Anyone else that's closer to Vancouver? Don't want to waste gas going to delta if i don't need to but i would need ones that last over 24 hours.

The princess Auto ones say 20+ hours on them. I've used them to ship and even to keep my dog warm in his bed in the cooler months when we're camping.

Don't be so lazy! There's a Princess Auto in Coquitlam just off of HWY #1 near Brunette. Haha!

And there's a MEC on Broadway between Main and Cambie too!

Its not about being lazy, i would rather spend the extra 1/2 hour with my kid rather than spend it driving.

Take the kid on a 30 min adventure. just a thought. Show him/her the fish stores and maybe one day they will have there own tank. OA is super easy to get to from Van.

Trust me, I've been there enough times to know how far it is. My son has gone with me to the fish store many times and was the reason for the first 6g edge tank we had, since then, dad has taken hold of the hobby and ran with it. :banghead:
