After talking with the manufacture the testing is done by running the motor on constant power for 200 hours as at that time the carbon brush of the motor will be wearing off. That said the manufacturer placed 200 hours as a set time to check the individual system for accuracy if anything the motor will start to slow down....and then this was in the conversation as I haven't actually checked on it

even profilux is using these kind of motor, they are supposed to run no mote than 20 minutes continuous
I then asked if I need to run each pump for 3 minutes/24hrs but run it at different intervals of lets say 30sec each setting throughout the 12 hrs period(actually this is what I run my doser at) would that extend the life of the pump...their answer was "yes this will be easier on the life of the motor and its parts and keep in mind each pump has 16 on/off setting and could run independently
I hope that explains your question.

After speaking with the manufacturer and telling them about the total order for the 1st deadline I think we will receive as an added bonus a free of charge one extra pump and motor replacement.
And as they saw the shipping numbers to us I was given the total stock and until they are back from holidays I have to place a number deadline now

Every one that purchased a doser has received an email notification of the payment and is required to reply back.
The maximum purchase group buy has been met.
Sorry if you haven't made the 1st buy but more information will be posted on Wednesday for the 2nd group buy.
