I find my Bengals to be terrors 75% of the time they are awake. They are brother and sister from the same litter and a third Bengal I have had from the same parents. My female Bengal's name is Witch that was given to her by the breeder. The male cat is Kahn and he is just strange.

I find that if I don't leave enough food in their dish overnight they will tear open the garbage, open the fridge, and help themselves. They also open cupboards, tear open bags of oatmeal, and spread it all over the kitchen. Little bastards.

On the other end of the spectrum, they are very affectionate cats. Here is a pic of them at 2-3 weeks. The brown one is the female and I can't tell which one is the male in the litter.

Aww.. Archie is so adorable! Thanks for sharing. This is another breed you hardly see & most expensive. They got so much personality, I love my bulldog.Your doing something good, since English Bulldogs rarely make it to 11 years old! Any big health problems you encountered with Milo over the years?

Pretty amazing that the english bulldog and the american pit bull terrier were once the same breed (kind of an over-simplified statement).

Zeus is ten fwiw, he was 9 in the picture.

Wow glad this was resurrected as I missed this question...

Archie is actually our 3ird bulldog; our first one (George) and Milo were both rescues.

George was from a puppy mill (stud) and was kenneled all of his 5 years except at breeding time…he was such a mess when the local humane society seized him, they deemed him unsalvageable and scheduled him for euthanization. He was a lot of work to get him back to health, but we had him for just over 5 years and he was one of the gentlest dogs I have ever owned.

Milo also was a rescue; he was poisoned and was not supposed to live. They had to do surgery on his stomach and when we got him he was just 1 year old and still had staples on his belly. Other than a couple little issues over the past 10 years, he has had nothing out of the ordinary.

Archie our newest addition to the family was after much heated discussion between my wife and I. I was leaning towards another rescue but she wanted a pup so she could see one grow up. After one trip to a local breeder I quickly lost any defense in that argument!

I have had a few different breeds of dogs over the years, but I can’t see life without owning a bulldog now, they have such a personality and for a dog that is built like a brick wall, they are very gentle.
