I'm at work also. but working from home.
Joe your boss is not following Canadian Labour Laws. If a Stat falls on a week end. Either the Monday or the Friday should be given as Stat. J

Working at home. It's a normal work day for me since I'm "self-employed" so stat or no stat, doesn't matter. If there's work to be done, gotta do it.

In general when a stat falls on a weekend, you're given the monday. Not sure if that's in labour law or just standard practice.
I'm not working yet (have to stop in later to get some parts unloaded from a truck (arriving.... around now) assembled then readied for delivery/install tomorow. But at least it translates into getting the 27th of december off...
