no, I couldn't find anywhere local that carried the M80 hardware, so I purchased the dual pfo ballast from J&L.
http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/s..._ID=pfo-bh252q If you do find M80 ballasts somewhere I have an extra set of capacitors for them  You can have em for free, just pay me to ship them to you, I think they're worth $17usd each.
