This is just a joke. How does he do maintenance to his sump, how does he access is skimmer? Most of those lines and valves appear to go nowhere or circle back on themselves.

They probably do circle around alot. But to answer the maintenance questions. The system can be accessed from all sides. One side is free from plumbing. And most likely has an external skimmer.

I noticed at the end of the video he has a display of large size PVC fittings to the left of the tank. It is likely a shop that sells PVC tubes, fittings and they just set up a tank to display the fittings not that they are functional.
