Wow great read. Nice to see the APA being used in this manner and the judge taking the matter very serious. As someone who works on law enforcement it is nice to see "fish" be deemed important as any other animal.

That's pretty harsh but I would agree that even in his old location along the river has always been a complete hole when I went back then.
Not surprised that his husbandry remain the same despite a new store. |

I think Concept is still Dave's baby and no matter who is working there, he is involved heavilly in the day to day operations. He will hopefully prevent such issues from occuring.

It comes down to having the livestocks best interest in mind. Most places which are properly managed should not go down this path. That being said when corners are cut this is exactly what happens.
